All agile methodologies have some common principles and values, with an emphasis on individuals, interactions, delivery of working software, collaboration, responding to change and reflection. The different characteristics of the methods make them suitable for different circumstances.

It's up to you to select the method most suited to your circumstances and tailor it to your needs. The user group is here to share experiences with you, teach new useful techniques and to support everyone who wants to improve their software development processes.

Pair Programming Parties
We organize monthly "Pair Programming Parties" to let people experience pair programming, collaborate on projects and learn new stuff. These meetings are held every 2nd Tuesday of the month, in Mechelen.
